Can I lie directly on the sensor mat for more accurate readings?

Not recommended.The optical fiber is delicate and cannot be bent or folded, so it is not suitable for direct contact.The mat should be placed beneath a mattress of 5–20 cm thickness for optimal performance.

Where should the APAD Smart Sleep Health Monitor be placed on the sleeping area?

 

1. The monitoring mat should be placed under the mattress, close to the head of the bed, aligned with the upper body area where the user sleeps.

I usually sleep on my side. Can the device still measure my body data?

What is the difference between the monitoring mat and traditional pressure-sensing mats?

Does the product need to be worn?

No. Our product is a non-wearable, contactless, and non-invasive sensor. Users simply need to lie on the bed to use it.
