What is the working principle behind your product?

The APAD Smart Sleep Health Monitor utilizes fiber-optic sensing technology. The sensor captures the subtle vibrations generated by the human body during breathing and heartbeats—specifically, Ballistocardiogram (BCG) signals and respiratory waves. Through proprietary algorithms, the system then measures real-time heart rate, respiratory rate, body movement patterns, and in-bed/out-of-bed status.
